USBTenki: USB Atmospheric pressure and temperature sensor

This is an USB-connected sensor for measuring and logging atmospheric pressure and temperature.

Specifications:

• Internal Atmospheric sensor specs:
  • Operates from 15 to 115 kPa (2.2 to 16.7 psi).
  • Only 2% Maximum Error from 0° to 85°C.
  • Temperature compensated.
• Internal Temperature sensor accuracy:
  • Typical accuracy at 25°C: ±0.5°C
  • ±1°C (max.) from -10°C to +85°C
  • ±2°C (max.) from -10°C to +85°C
  • ±3°C (max.) from -40°C to +85°C
• Works under Linux and MacOS X (compilation required).
• Operates from -40°C to +85°C.
• Powered directly from the USB port.
• USB Cable included.
• NOT waterproof. Use adequate housing if necessary.

Operating system support:
At the moment, USBTenki devices are supported by a command line tool which works on Linux and MacOS X. Since it uses libusb, it can probably be compiled under other OSes supported by libusb. For generating graphics, you can use the munin plugin. The software, including source code, can be downloaded from the host software page.
